 CHICLE group classes are usually taught in either four or six week sessions.
We have 11 sessions of Spanish each year, offer all of our courses each session, and hold those that have at least three registrants.
During the summer, we offer intensive, week-long courses for beginners, low-intermediates, and Spanish teachers.
For other languages, we note people's interests and preferences, and when we can get three people for a class, we schedule it. Again, we offer a variety of classes but only hold those that have three or more registrants.
While the majority of our courses are conversationally-based "learn the language" ones, we also offer special classes that our teachers develop. These may be focused on writing, literature, film, translating, interpreting, or other topics.
We have regular one-hour conversation groups that meet weekly, usually in Spanish, French, German, and Italian. You may not be surprised to learn that the photo above is of one of our French conversation groups.
