Although not regularly scheduled, CHICLE teaches several other languages when
we have a request for them. We have taught Arabic, Dutch, Latin, Russian, and Slovak
and usually have teachers available for these and other languages.
If we have three or more students who are at the same level and can come at the
same time, we offer group classes that are grammar and conversational-based.
The basic language classes usually meet once a week for an hour and a half over
a six week session, for a total of nine hours. We use a variety of published materials
for these classes. Groups often continue to meet over multiple sessions, moving at
a comfortable pace. Cost for a six week session is $170 plus the cost of materials.
Private instruction is scheduled at the student's convenience.
Cost is $40/hour for one student, $30/hour/student for two students.
